The Toronto Counselling Centre for Teens sees teens, youth and young adults ages 16 – 24.

Have you noticed your youth or young adult struggling? Maybe they have told you they are struggling. Either way there are mental health resources that may be an option for you and your family. Some colleges and universities offer interim, temporary counselling for urgent situations and can offer a few sessions for free. You can learn more about this on your child’s university’s website.

You may want to explore our counselling services if a more long-term therapeutic relationship is a better fit, or there is an interest in family therapy.

Our practitioners have a wealth of experience working with students and transitional aged young people. We know youth and young adults struggle with anxiety, depression and demanding school programs. We know their stresses, dreams and the variety of life issues they are working through, specific to this stage of life.
